A class at Resistance Pilates is not your ordinary pilates class! There’s truly nothing else like it in Utah county. This type of pilates is challenging but still beginner-friendly, which makes it perfect whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up your fitness. The instructors are top notch and know their stuff — every one I’ve had has been fantastic and encouraging! I tried a Pilates class at Resistance Pilates for fun and was immediately hooked and purchased a membership. I have been going multiple times a week and have never felt better. I love that it is a full body workout that leaves me feeling energized instead of drained. All of the instructors I have had have been phenomenal as well!
